¡Por fin! Arranca hoy y con ganas una nueva edición del festival Internacional de Cine Documental Musical, vaya, que arranca el Beefeater In-Edit Barcelona 2014 y es algo que nos pone de buen humor. Está bien asistir a conciertos y festivales, está bien escuchar álbumes enteros y listas interminables de nuestros cantantes preferidos, pero también está bien conocer una faceta distinta de la música, allá donde se junta con la creación visual y narrativa y te muestra a los artistas en otras y múltiples facetas.

Para ello existe el Beefeater In-Edit. Desde hoy 23 hasta el próximo 2 de noviembre se sucederán 49 documentales en las Salas Multicines Aribau de Barcelona. Entre ellos, documentales esperados y que prometen un rápido "sold out" como 20.000 Days on Eart, Iain Forsyth, Jane Pollard - United Kingdom – 2014 – 97’, o conocido como el documental sobre Nick Cave, Freddy Mercury: The Great Pretender, Rhys Thomas - United Kingdom – 2012 – 85’, I Need a Dodge! Joe Strummer on the run, Nick Hall - Spain – 2014 – 67’, o el que se estrena hoy mismo en la gala de inauguración; Pulp: A Film About Life, Death and Supermarkets, Florian Habicht - United Kingdom – 2014 – 90’.

Este año, pero, a parte de sentarnos y observar atentamente a nuestras pantallas, la organización del festival se propone ser algo más activos y dinámicos. Para ello el festival propone charlas con directores y guionistas,  actividades paralelas y alguna que otra actuación musical.

Os recomendamos que nos os perdáis esta nueva edición y que no os durmáis en los laureles a la hora de comprar entradas... porque sí, van que vuelan. Os dejamos a continuación con el enlace a los horarios, que sí, son un montón y uno tiene que organizarse.
